Ready for a tart and tangy juice recipe?
1 apple
1 pear
1/2 lemon
1 tangerine
This recipe produces about 8oz. of juice, and is great for your immune system as well as to detox and flush your digestive system.
Start with half of your apple, follow with your tangerine, then the rest of your apple. Next, your lemon and all of your pear. Swirl and enjoy!
This juice is definitely tangy, so my preference is to just use half a lemon in this recipe. However, if you're really brave...feel free to use more!
