Another iron rich juice recipe, that gets balance from fiber, calcium, and vitamin C!
2 handfuls baby spinach
2 cups strawberries
2 apples
Sweet and simple, and this juice has a bit of tang from the strawberries too! Start by juicing a handful of spinach, followed by a half or quarter of apple. Repeat, then juice the rest of your strawberries and apples.
Strawberries have a pretty strong flavor when they're juiced. It's nice and sweet, but can be a little tart as well so be prepared for a bit of tang!
