VitaPower #raw #juice #recipe

Every so often, our body needs a kick in the pants from a dose of super healthy food. Here's a juice recipe that will give you loads of nutrients, with only a few varieties of fruits and vegetables.


1 apple
1 pear
1 handful strawberries
1 handful baby carrots

This juice is a very simple one to prepare. Simply rinse off your strawberries (I usually take the tops off, just a personal preferance), and core your apple and pear. Juice everything, swirl and enjoy!

Fiber
Vitamin A
Vitamin B
Beta Carotene
Vitamin C
Potassium
Calcium
Folic Acid
Niacin
Phosphorus

Loads of goodness in one little glass. This recipe only makes about 6oz. of juice, but it's well worth it!
