I have to admit, this recipe was one of those throw-all-the-things-in-the-fridge-in-the-juicer situations, but I absolutely loved every last drop of it and know that you will too.
1 large pear
1 tangelo (peeled)
1/2 lemon (peeled)
1 cup blueberries
2 cups strawberries
Start by juicing your berries, then citrus and end with your pear. The hard pear will ensure that all of the softer fruit gets pushed through your juicer completely.
This recipe makes approximately 12oz of juice, which is really awesome. Your glass will be full to the brim with vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, calcium, folic acid, niacin, and potassium!
