Berry Good #raw #juice #recipe

When berries are in season, and found locally, they are oh so sweet and perfect for juicing! This recipe packs a punch with iron rich spinach and fiber packed apple!


2 apples
2 cups blueberries (rinsed)
3 handfuls strawberries (rinsed, tops removed)
2 large handfuls baby spinach

Start by juicing your baby spinach, followed by two apple halves. This will ensure that the absolute most amount of spinach gets juiced as sometimes it gets stuck. Next, juice your berries and end with the rest of your apple.

Stir and pour into a glass. I found that this recipe made about 8-9oz of fresh juice, perfect for breakfast!

Also...there's 8 servings of fruit and veg in here! Pretty amazing!
