I find that Thanksgiving tends to be one of the more laid back holidays, often with stretchy pants taking centre stage due to copious amounts of turkey, stuffing and gravy that are consumed. Sure, keep your pants stretchy...but do it with style!

These patterned leggings are a steal at $7 CAD, and they are absolutely adorable. Pair them with a big chunky sweater for a more wintery look, or a lighter chiffon tunic like the one pictured above for Spring and Fall.

A cropped denim jacket is a great item to have on hand when you know that you're likely going to be stay inside and just need some light coverage when you run from the car to the house. I love this one in a white tone, and would roll up the sleeves a bit.

Shoes and accessories can be kept fairly understated, but look for ones with simple details like buckles, zippers, and a slight dangle to the earring.
