Iron stores a little low? Try this iron rich juice recipe!
3 handfuls of baby spinach
2 cups blueberries
1 apple
1 pear
Start with your greens, then push your apple through. Follow with your blueberries and end with your pear. Swirl, and enjoy!
This recipe is rich in iron, so make sure that you only have it once a week. Too much iron in your system and you'll be begging for something fibre rich!
