Master Bedroom Update #homedecor #bedroom

Well, it was bound to happen. I was bound to grow tired of our master bedroom, and since it has been a full year since we moved into this house we've been able to settle in, get used to the new surroundings and figure out what we like...and what we don't.

Currently our bedroom...

When those curtains are closed it gets super dark in there. Everything is brown brown brown, with the exception of the light gray walls that we had repainted when we moved in.

Since there is so much dark wood, I want to bring in some warm and cozy, bight light in color, features.

And area rug, new bed linens...things like that.
